1. Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing and using the digital products provided by FearlessOnlineMarketing, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you are instructed not to use the products and to discontinue any downloaded files in your possession.

2. Types of Licensing and Usage Rights:

2.1 Private Label Rights (PLR):

PLR grants you the most freedom and flexibility to use and modify the digital product as you see fit.

You can change the content, add your own branding, and sell it as your own product.

The content can also be used for other purposes, such as creating blog posts, social media content, or lead magnets.

PLR products purchased from FearlessOnlineMarketing must not be removed from our platform in any way, shape, or form. These products are intended to be sold to individuals, not for mass or company use. Contact us for mass licensing options.

2.2 Resell Rights (RR):

RR allow you to sell a digital product as it is, without making any modifications.

You can sell the product for a set price and keep all the profits.

You cannot claim ownership of the product or modify it in any substantial way.

2.3 Master Resale Rights (MRR):

MRR allow you not only to sell the product but also to sell the resell rights to others.

This means that your customers can also resell the product and keep the profits.

However, like RR, you usually cannot modify the product or claim ownership.

3. Private Label Rights (PLR) Products:

3.1 Grant of License: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to modify, brand, and utilize PLR products for personal or commercial purposes under the terms set forth in the specific PLR product license agreement.

3.2 Intellectual Property: While users can modify and rebrand PLR products, the underlying intellectual property rights are retained by FearlessOnlineMarketing or the original content creators as specified in the license agreement.

4. Resell Rights (RR) Products:

4.1 Grant of License: RR allow you to sell a digital product as it is, without making any modifications.

4.2 Ownership and Resale: You can sell the product for a set price and keep all the profits, but you cannot claim ownership of the product or modify it in any substantial way.

5. Master Resale Rights (MRR) Products:

5.1 Grant of License: MRR allow you not only to sell the product but also to sell the resell rights to others.

5.2 Intellectual Property: MRR products, including their content, design, logos, trademarks, and materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the original creators or their licensors.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

6.1 Privacy Commitment: FearlessOnlineMarketing takes privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement to understand how we handle your data.

6.2 User Obligation: Users must maintain their own Privacy Policy, which should be made available to their customers. This policy must provide at least the same level of protection as that offered by FearlessOnlineMarketing's Privacy Policy.

7. Age Restrictions:

7.1 Minimum Age: The User confirms they are at least 18 years of age. Users under the age of 18 must have the explicit permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

8. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FearlessOnlineMarketing and the original Creators harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or modification of the products, violation of any term of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

9. Termination and Suspension:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the products at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the products and destroy any copies you may have.

10. Amendments and Updates:

FearlessOnlineMarketing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

General Provisions:

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Acceptance of Terms:

By using the digital products provided by FearlessOnlineMarketing, including PLR, RR, and MRR products, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
